Most of our wild fish is caught in British waters – mainly Cornwall, Devon and Scotland. We buy daily, either direct from small day boats or from quayside fish-market auctions that deal with local fishermen who use the most sustainable methods. We also carry an extensive range of responsibly farmed fresh fish. All fish can be prepared by our experienced staff according to your needs.
